Yoga has the capacity to reduce irritation, tiredness in breast cancer survivors

As per the new research, it is said that practicing yoga for nearly three months reduces tiredness and irritation among the breast cancer patients. In the research and study, more number of women practiced this yoga to achieve better results. After going through the study of six months, three months yoga practice has presented the results to an average which reduces fatigue to 57% in women who performed yoga when compared to those who do not practice it. Their irritation was reduces to 20% with yoga practice. Before the beginning of the study, all the breast cancer treatment were completed by the participants and only the yoga beginners were employed for clinical trial and arbitrary. Every participant followed yoga twice a week in small groups and received yoga sessions through instructors who instructed in a normal way and not to do continuously. As said by Janice Kiecolt-Glaser, professor of Psychiatry and Psychology at the Ohio State University and author, “This showed that modest yoga practice over periods of several months could have substantial benefits for breast cancer survivors.”
