Find more elaborated view of Brain cell activity which regulate Alzheimer's protein

You must know that an increase in brain cell based activities work well to increase brain fluid level at protein which is linked with Alzheimer's disease. As per the new research that scientists at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis have found. The major component of neurofibrillary tangles is Tau protein, which is one of the hallmark diseases of Alzheimer's. It is former linked with an additional neurodegenerative disorder along with supranuclear palsy, frontotemporal dementia, and corticobasal degeneration. A senior author David M. Holtzman of the said institution has mentioned that "Healthy brain cells normally release tau into the cerebrospinal fluid and the interstitial fluid that surrounds them, but this is the first time we've linked that release in living animals to brain cell activity”. He had further added that "Understanding this link should help advance our efforts to treat Alzheimer's and other neurodegenerative disorders associated with the tau protein”
