Erectile dysfunction can be overturned without medication

The scientists from University of Adelaide found out that the men suffering from sexual dysfunction can reverse their problem by concentrating on their lifestyle factors and along with their medication. As per the study it has been suggested that men should not totally rely on the medication they can overcome their problem by altering and working on their lifestyle by introducing exercise in daily routine or keeping a check on their obesity. The research is published in Journal of Sexual Medicine. The co-researcher, Professor Gary Wittert, Head of the Discipline of Medicine at the University of Adelaide and Director of the University's Freemasons Foundation Centre for Men's Health explains, “Sexual relations are not only an important part of people's wellbeing. From a clinical point of view, the inability of some men to perform sexually can also be linked to a range of other health problems, many of which can be debilitating or potentially fatal.”
