Further they explain about the extension scheme, The U.S. Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, or CMS is an extension of plans that were framed for individuals which expired by the end of 2013. In last November, the CMS confirmed the continuations of plans, effectively covering of these noncompliant plans till the year 2015.
