Exercise is the key secret to a healthy brain!
There was a new study released in Melbourne that discovered the key secret for a healthy brain. This study proves that those people who keep their brains healthy by doing regular exercises with it have lower chances to develop Alzheimer`s disease, compared to those who don`t do exercises with the brain.
The co-author of this paper is called Dr. Maree Farrow. The study was released by Alzheimer`s Australia and Fitness Australia. Dr. Farrow says that approximately half of the cases associated with Alzheimer`s disease is potentially attributable to risk factors one can change, meaning that lack of brain-related exercises might be one of these risk factors for developing this disease.
The study proves that boosting a little bit the brain has a dramatic impact on the number of situations associated with dementia. A number of physically active people are able to prove the results of this study, released by Dr. Farrow.
