Modifications are made on natural components to work as anticancer

Cancer is very dangerous and so to fight against it the Scientist at Scripps found a solution which can kill the cells that give rise to lungs and also one of the best chemotherapy drugs to fight against cancer. The professor of chemistry department said that “These new compounds should improve on what are already superb anticancer drugs". The researchers also found that vinblastine and vincristine are the two natural products that can work very well on cancer patients. These products can build the cellular tublin that can help in dividing and killing the cells of cancer. As told they are natural products they cannot be used using current technologies and the team found that it is not possible to prepare them in laboratory. So, Boger and team found a solution to bring modifications in such products and they were quiet successful also. The team also found that these new modification have greater ability to kill the cancer cells.
