Treating heart failure with exercise- Need to keep a tab on it

According to the new study conducted by Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), has deeply looked at the idea behind exercise could be used both to prevent and treat Heart Failure with Preserved Left Ventricular Ejection Fraction (HFPEF). It has been found that elderly people are the most affected by the heart troubles, so as per the researchers they need to take proper precautions. As for the precaution to secure themselves from the heart diseases they need to exercise properly. This will help them to overcome their problem. The head of the study, Professor and OptimEx coordinator, Ulrik Wisløff, who is also head of NTNU's K.G. Jebsen – Center of Exercise in Medicine explains, “Exercise has previously been found to improve cardiac function in heart failure patients, but still, our knowledge is very limited. The OptimEx study will give us answers on how to prevent and limit the extent of heart failure through exercise.”
