Study proves - Pill could cure jet lag

The travelers moving across different countries have to face jet lag issues. The changes in time zones may lead them illness or even simple uneasiness. A new study conducted at Manchester University, has found solution this problem in a simple pill that would be helpful in setting the body’s clock hence curing the jet lag and also easing the strain of working nights. They have made a pill out of enzyme that helps the body in functioning in 24- hour rhythm. This pill will make body more adaptable and hence it could easily work according to the current time zone. This new research product could prove highly helpful for the traveler community. The lead author of the study, Dr. David Bechtold, who led the study explained, “We already know that modern society poses many challenges to our health and well-being. Things that are viewed as commonplace — shift work sleep deprivation and jet lag — disrupt our bodies’ clocks.”
