Vitamin D and Calcium recovers cholesterol in post menopausal females

According to the new study from the Journal of Women’s Health Initiative online, It is cleared that vitamin D and Calcium supplements, recover the levels of cholesterol in women and in it, much of the importance need to be given to the levels of vitamin D. It is to debate whether Vitamin D or Calcium improves the level of Cholesterol but the studies on women mentions the combination cannot divide the effects of calcium from Vitamin D on Cholesterol. Every day, females in WHI CaD track take a supplement containing 1000mg calcium and 400 IU of Placebo or Vitamin D3. Those who take the supplement in more quantity have vitamin D levels of nearly 30 ng /Ml when compared to the women who take placebo. It is said by NAMS Executive Director Margery Gass, MD THAT, “The results of this study should inspire even more women to be conscientious about their calcium and vitamin D intake- a simple and safe way to improve health. One action can lead to multiple benefits.”
