Eating fish does not increase your memory
As per a research conducted at the University of Iowa it was proved that out that eating fish does not increase your memory.
The women have high blood levels of omega -3 fatty acids and also do not have good memory.
The study was based on 2,157 women ageing between 65 to 80 years. This was a Women's Health Initiative research trials for hormone therapy. These women were given annual tests for comparing their thinking and memory skills related to verbal memory, verbal knowledge, verbal fluency, visual memory, spatial ability, fine motor speed and working memory. It was proved that eating fish does not lead to increase in memory chargers.
To overcome memory issues the experts ask to have and natural diet.
This research shows that one should not be dependent on fish to increase their memories rather there are different diets that can help to increase your memory.
