Blame weekdays for any weight gain or loss

The weight loss or gain takes place in a pattern. In general, people tend to gain weight on weekends and lose weight on weekdays. It’s an eye- opener that what the slim of us stand out is not the weight gained on weekends but the weight shed on weekdays. Cornell University’s Dr Brian Wansink, in association with the researchers at the VTT Technical Research Center (Finland) test eighty adults, aged from 25 to 62; look into the effect of one week’s food habits on their weights. The results unwrapped a lucid pattern in the weekly weight variation with more weights on days after weekends (Sundays and Mondays) and reducing weights by the end of the week (Fridays). This was the case for about 60% of the volunteers; the weight gainers did not exhibit any such patterns. The results are based on general trends.
