Poor Sleeping Habits can lead you to chronic diseases
According to the new research published in journal Sleep proved that bad sleeping habits can open gates for many chronic diseases. Sleeping late or getting too much sleep could be really dangerous and could get you nearer to the chronic diseases.
As per the research team adults who sleep from 7 to 9 hours enjoys good health. Those who tamper with it loose it to diseases. The team studied more than 54,000 American adults that made them conclude that those who are skipping their sleep are sleeping too much have attracted many diseases.
Dr. Safwan Badr, the president of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine explains, “Sleeping longer doesn't necessarily mean you're sleeping well. It is important to understand that both the quality and quantity of sleep impact your health . . . When and how you sleep is just as important as what you eat or how you exercise.”
