Exercise Could Treat Coronary Heart conditions

Exercise has long been regarded as something good for the health but recent studies have shown that it is a potential drug intervention for those who are suffering from heart conditions.

Physical activity is something that has been recorded to be beneficial. In England, the irony is revealed at how only one-third of its adult population is capable of engaging into physical activity. The same recent survey has proven that this could also be true in most adults in the United States. On the contrary, the use of prescription drugs continues to rise with an average of 17.7 prescriptions for each individual in England in the year 2010 as compared to its rate of 11.2 in the year 2000.

Moreover, researchers say that there is actually very little evidence to show that exercise can be at par with prescription drugs in terms of reducing the risks of common diseases.
