A slow, loving, 'affective' touch will keep you healthy

Having love and being healthy are two major necessities of our human life. If somebody earns both of it they have all they want. Heath and love goes hand in hand that is what a new research has proved us. A slow, loving and affectionate touch can make healthy and more vibrant. As per a research published in Frontiers of Psychology it says loving touch gives you more warmth and makes you healthy. This helps to increase the brain’s ability to get a sense of ownership to body and create a healthy sensation. A study was performed on 52 adults and their brain by this trick of feeling affectionate touch. This made them healthier. One of the researchers, Dr. Katerina Fotopoulou says, “The next step is to examine whether being deprived of social signals, such as affective touch from a parent during early development, may also lead to abnormalities in the formation of a healthy body image and a healthy sense of self, for example in patients with eating disorders such as anorexia nervosa.”
