MRI technique sicovers new genetic conditions which involve essential body parts

A genetic condition known to attack the heart, nerves and brain can already be detected by a new MRI scheme that was developed by researchers from the University of Alberta. This diagnostic tool was discovered from the results of updating medical guidelines for the treatment and diagnosis of Fabry disease. Faculty members of the Medicine and Dentistry worked with other experts in conducting the study. They have found out that the technique has led to the revelation of a health concern leading to the weakening of the vital organs in the body. T1 mapping was developed in order to look for heart damages and other alterations during the initial stages. When the MRI intervention is done to patients suffering from Fabry disease, it will be easy to recognize problems inside the body. Without the test, fabry disease can be diagnosed as another kind of health problem.
