Water myths busted from weight loss to hydration

Water is considered a magical liquid that has solutions to almost all human problems. Be it the pimple problem or gut problem doctors usually advice people to have more and more water in their daily routine. Also the who want to loose weight are advised to drink plenty of water but according to a new research it has been proved that having good quantity of water might not help them to shed the extra pounds. The research also busts another myth that the temperature of water might be helpful in losing weight. Again it has been suggested having hot or cold water does not make a big difference in weight. An expert, Beth Kitchin, the assistant professor from nutrition sciences at the University of Alabama at Birmingham explains, “There is very little evidence that drinking water promotes weight loss. It is one of those self-perpetuating myths. I'm not saying drinking water isn't good. And it was only a couple of extra calories a day.”
